Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Township of Alnwick/Haldimand (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Non-Union Pay Equity and Compensation Review. The Township is issuing this RFP to acquire the services of a consultant with expertise to ensure that the Township: a) Is in compliance with Pay Equity legislation; and b) Continues to be a competitive employer that has an established, fair and competitive compensation policy; and c) Has comprehensive and effective job descriptions for all positions; and d) Established a revised and/or updated salary grid.
