The Regional District of Kootenay Boundary (RDKB) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants with proven experience in rural land use planning to update six of our Official Community Plans (OCP) and one Rural Land Use Bylaw (RLU Bylaw) in the context of our Interim Housing Needs Report (HNR) and the Province’s Bill 44 requirements.
