Description

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the District of Summerland to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding Proposals for the provision of engineering services related to the repair or replacement of the Headwaters No.1 Dam. The Consultant will be responsible to coordinate or conduct an invasive geotechnical investigation, complete a detailed assessment of the dam embankment and foundation, develop engineering plans for any required remediation or replacement, and provide services during construction (e.g. contract administration, etc.).
