Description

The Lonsdale Energy Corp. is requesting your response to this Request for Proposal for construction services of Energy Transfer Stations (ETS):

1. HE047 at 149 W 3rd St.
2. HE049 at 275 E 2nd St.

Lonsdale Energy is a District Energy utility, wholly owned by the City of North Vancouver, and has been delivering heat since 2003. Lonsdale Energy was formed with two objectives; first, to provide reasonably priced and reliable energy, and second, to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Lonsdale Energy provides energy for domestic hot water and space heating among other building thermal purposes to over 120 buildings of over 9.93 million square feet of properties, including 8,530 residential suites in four service areas within the City of North Vancouver. Lonsdale Energy has approximately 15 km of trenched pipe in the ground.
