On behalf of the Evergreens Foundation (Owner), Colliers Project Leaders Inc. (Owner’s Representative) intends to pre-qualify Contractors for the Construction Services of the Wildwood Seniors Lodge located in Wildwood, AB. Each Contractor responding to this request for prequalification must be able to demonstrate that they have successfully completed similar projects. Contractors must have demonstrated a minimum of 5 years of construction experience of similar projects. Following analysis of the responses to this RFQ, a shortlist of up to five (5) GCs will be determined and will be invited to participate in the subsequent tender, which is scheduled to be issued in Fall 2025.
