Working towards the outcomes and objectives identified within the IPD and FMP, the successful Proponent is to apply proven parks-based (non-urban) technical design practices in conjunction with appropriate tools and skilled resources through Assessment, Detailed Design, Approval Securement, Issued for Tender, Issued for Construction, Construction Administration and Project Close Out phases of the project for the site to achieve the end result desired by the Province.
