Description

CLBC is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive de-escalation training to CLBC’s regional office staff. The training should equip CLBC regional staff members with practical tools and strategies to effectively manage and defuse tense or potentially volatile situations when working with individuals and families. The focus of the training will be on ways to communicate, emotional regulation and conflict resolution. The Successful Proponent must demonstrate extensive experience in delivering engaging, evidence-based training tailored to diverse professional environments.
