RFP documents should be obtained from the Bonfire portal.

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Historic Building Assessments as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

The successful proponent will conduct an assessment of Bremner House, located at 53452 Range Road 225 in Strathcona County, Alberta. The assessment will include recommendations for treatment activities necessary to preserve its municipal historic designation, protect its character-defining elements, and support its effective use in public programming. Additionally, optional Deliverables include an assessment of Smelzer house and Smelzer garage as well as presenting completed findings from the assessments to senior administration and County Council.
