The Town of Mahone Bay is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents for renovations to the Washroom building that is located at 677 Main Street, Mahone Bay. The main purposes of this project are to: - Renovate the interior of the Main Street washroom as per the Scope of Work while conforming to the CSA B651:23 Accessibility standard. - Repairs to the exterior of Main Street washroom as per the Scope of Work.

A compulsory pre-tender site visit will be held at 677 Main Street, Mahone Bay on Sept 3rd, 2025 at 2:00pm.
