Onward Homes invites proposals from qualified General Contractors for the fire reconstruction at George C. King Tower, 807 6 St SE, Calgary, AB T2G 4V8. Work includes selective demolition, debris removal, reinstatement of walls, ceilings, finishes, flooring, kitchen and bath fixtures, and associated mechanical and electrical reinstatement as required. Operations will take place in an occupied seniors’ facility, so strict safety and infection-control practices must be followed. Intention to Bid due September 15, 2025 – 2:00 PM MST.
