The Board of Education of School District No. 43 (Coquitlam) intends to enter into a multi-year agreement with Concept Interactive Inc. (SchoolBundle) to provide a turnkey, cloud-hosted SaaS website solution to replace its existing public-facing system, including one district site and 80 school sites. The solution must be K–12 specific, hosted in Canada, support emergency-driven traffic spikes, and enable large-scale webpage migration with minimal staff effort. Estimated contract value: $350,000–$600,000 over the contract term. Vendors who believe they can provide an equivalent solution may submit a Statement of Capabilities by 3:00 PM (Pacific Time), September 22, 2025 to Purchasing Services.
