The Services involve the delivery and support of the Building Energy Benchmarking program The City of Edmonton's Building Energy Benchmarking (BEB) program is a voluntary program that helps building owners understand building performance and improve building energy efficiency by providing owners with information about their building energy performance. The program provides critical data and insights that enable building owners to understand their energy consumption, identify areas for improvement, implement effi ciency measures and track progress over time.
