The City of Calgary (The City), on behalf of the Calgary Police Service (CPS) is seeking a cloud-based software capable of providing a social media management, analytics and monitoring solution that will allow at minimum; post creation and scheduling, engagement, analytics collection and open-sourced content monitoring/ listening features across various social media platforms and online, but also allow for dynamic growth in a rapidly changing environment for both end users.
