The City of Lethbridge (the “City”), a major regional hub in Southern Alberta with a population of over 100,000, manages a large portfolio of facilities. As the current retail service agreement is ending, the City is looking to improve financial and operational efficiency and transition to a billing and reporting system seamlessly integrated with the City’s utility accounting software.
