The WCB invites Proposals from qualified Consultants to serve as a strategic partner in support of a transformational initiative aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness for both employees and clients. The selected Consultant will contribute to strengthening service delivery and ensuring alignment with WCB’s broader strategic objectives. The objective is to identify and engage a qualified partner to support the next phase of this initiative by validating existing findings, developing a comprehensive implementation roadmap, and contributing to the delivery of transformational improvements that go beyond incremental enhancements
