Description

The City of Trail is seeking invitations from qualified roofing contractors to provide all labour, equipment, and materials necessary to perform completion of work on designated roof areas at City Works Yard.

A mandatory online tender meeting has been scheduled for Friday, October 10, 2025 at 10:00 am PST.

Bidders may make own arrangements with Owner’s Representative to visit Project Worksite. Contractor to be responsible for verifying and accepting accuracy of existing conditions even if visit to Worksite is omitted.

Failure to attend Mandatory Tender Meeting may result in Disqualification of Bid.
