Rocky View County is looking for a partner/operator to consolidate and manage its new Langdon Recreation Facility. The county is looking for the following deliverables from the selected strategic partner:

•Financial Management and Administrative Responsibilities
•Maintenance and Asset Management
•Program and Service Delivery
•Facility Condition and Maintenance
•Compliance and Policy Adherence
•Risk Management and Incident Reporting
•Human Resources and Access Controls
•Performance Measurement and Reporting
•Community Engagement and Transparency

Through this Request for Expression of Interest, Rocky View County is inviting all interested parties to provide ideas for the efficient and consistent operation and management of the Langdon Recreation Facility, which is utilized by the residents. This Request for Expression of Interest creates neither an offer nor acceptance and is not a contract.
