Description

Notice is hereby given by Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC), of the intent to extend a contract with the following supplier to provide recycled car parts search services:

Used-Car-Parts.com, Inc.
'1980 Highland Pike Ft. Wright, KY 41017

Scope and Rationale
ICBC has a contract with Used-Car-Parts.com, Inc. to provide a platform that enables the search for recycled car parts from multiple suppliers, supporting the preparation of repair service estimates.

To ensure continuity of service while ICBC prepares for a comprehensive public procurement process, ICBC intends to extend the above contract with Used-Car-Parts.com.

This contract extension is anticipated to be 1 year from October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026, with an estimated contract value of $140,000 plus applicable taxes.

ICBC plans to issue a public procurement solicitation for the same car parts search services in 2026.

Objection Process Suppliers wishing to object to this decision should email a letter of objection by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Friday, October 10, 2025 to Strategic Sourcing presenting specific reasons for their objection and citing “NOI 6803 Recycled Parts Locator” in the subject line.
