Description

The City of Courtenay (the “City”) is seeking quotations from qualified vendors (the “Bidder”) for the provision of Overhead Door & Gate Maintenance Services providing tri-annual inspections, maintenance and response to service calls, as needed, for the City’s overhead doors and gates.

The project sites are closed to the public and a non-mandatory site meeting will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2025, 9:00AM beginning at the City of Courtenay Operational Services Yard reception parking lot (1000 Piercy Ave.), followed by the Courtenay Fire Department (650 Cumberland Rd.), and the Courtenay Fire Training Complex (220 Waters Pl.). All Bidders are encouraged to attend.
