Sealed tenders will be received by Madawaska Maliseet First Nation until 10:30 a.m. local time, Thursday, November 6, 2025 in the Bid Deposit Box located at the Administration Building at 1771 Main Street, Madawaska Maliseet First Nation, NB, E7C 1W9 for the Project No. 7687, Principale Street Storm and Curb and Maliseet Road Upgrade, Madawaska Maliseet First Nation.
Public opening of tenders will follow immediately after tender closing in the Council Chamber located at the municipal building.
In general, the work consists of installing a new storm system along the south lane of Principale Street with new concrete curbs and gutters. Removing the existing storm system along Maliseet Road and installing a new storm system along with new roadway structure and concrete curbs and gutters. Repairing the existing sanitary system in locations shown on plans.
Tender documents may be obtained only at the office of Boissonnault McGraw, 334 Dover Street, Campbellton, NB E3N 3M6, Tel.: (506) 789-1225 upon depositing the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) HST included, per tender set in the form of a CERTIFIED CHEQUE or CASH payable to BOISSONNAULT McGRAW. Cost of tendering documents is non-refundable. Bid documents will be on display at the offices of Boissonnault McGraw, Madawaska Maliseet First Nation and at the Construction Association
Offices of Moncton, Fredericton and Saint-John.
Only Bidders who have obtained the Tender Documents directly from Boissonnault McGraw shall be eligible to submit a tender for this project.
Tenders must be accompanied by the required amount of Security Deposit in the form of Surety (Bid) Bond in the amount of ten per cent (10%) of the tendered price. Surety (Bid Bond) shall be made payable to the Madawaska Maliseet First Nation.
General contractors are invited to attend a pre-tender meeting that will be held at 10:30 a.m. local time, Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Administration Building of Madawaska Maliseet, 1771 Main Street, Madawaska Maliseet First Nation, NB. This meeting is NOT mandatory.
The lowest/highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
