Work of this Contract comprises the following:
.1 Replace fans, fan motors and motor VFDs for fans 1, 2 and 3.
.2 Replace the cooling coil and related piping.
.3 Replace the glycol heating pumps and piping.
.4 Replace the heating water pump and piping.
.5 Replace, humidification system with new humidification system along with softener and Reverse Osmosis system.
.6 Integrate new equipment controls to existing EMCS.
