The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest (“RFEI”) is to invite interested contractors (“Proponent”) to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for entering into a “Service Provider Agreement” to provide various Two Spirit, Trans, Non-Binary & Allies Older Adult (55+) Social Programming in the Greater Victoria Area for West Shore Parks & Recreation (the “owner”).
