Contractors are responsible for confirming the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.
