Site Visit A mandatory site visit will be held at the main entrance of Kwantlen Park Secondary School (Site 048)—at10441-132 Street, Surrey, B.C. Canada V3T 3V3—on Nov 13, 2025, at 09:00 AM. Contractors are responsible for confirming the existing site and building(s) conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site. Bids will not be accepted by contractors who do not attend the scheduled mandatory site visit.
