Description

The Ministry is seeking a qualified contractor to lead Phase 2 of the BC Wildfire Service base redevelopment in Lillooet, BC. This phase focuses on detailed civil design and the development of a comprehensive tender package, building on the completed 2024 site assessment (Phase 1).
The successful proponent will:
•    Deliver all Phase 2 work by March 31, 2026, if feasible
•    Provide a detailed workplan outlining tasks, milestones, and resource allocation
•    Participate in regular meetings with the Ministry project team
Proponents should include provisions in their Proposal for a possible option to renew the Contract for up to two (2) additional one-year terms to support future construction-phase services (Phase 3). These extensions will be contingent on project approval and the availability of funding.
