The City of Fort Saskatchewan invites proposals from qualified consultants to provide Project Management services for the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The successful proponent will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. Fort Saskatchewan is undertaking a major ERP system replacement to modernize and integrate core functions including finance, procurement, human resources/payroll, and asset management.
