PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS & FIRE HOSE INSPECTION
EXAMINATION, TESTING, AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES
BELLEDUNE GENERATING STATION, BELLEDUNE, NEW BRUNSWICK
SITE MEETING MANDATORY: As a condition of award of this Contract it is mandatory that a representative of the Tenderer attend the Site Conditions and Investigation meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for ensuring that its representative attends and is registered as having attended the meeting. For convenience there will be two (2) meetings, one will be held on December 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM, and a second meeting will be held at 2:00 PM, both at Belledune (location listed below). The Tenderer
shall attend one meeting only. The Tenderer must be pre-registered to attend a meeting. Please email Gillies Robichaud at grobichaud@nbpower.com to pre-register. Based on the number of people that may register, a third meeting may be added at NB Power's discretion. The times will be on a first come, first served basis. Belledune Generating Station Location
The Belledune Generating Station Site is situated on the southern shoreline of Chaleur Bay in the northern part of the Province of New Brunswick and is located in the village of Belledune, Gloucester County approximately 36 km northwest of the City of Bathurst and 48 km east of the Town of Dalhousie. Access to the Site is Provincial Highway 11 and Highway 134. Working Hours-Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM
There will be no public tender openings.

NB Power has integrated a new procurement platform called Bonfire and is migrating this RFP over to the new platform. All RFP activity including but not limited to the RFP documentation, bid questions, clarification requests, addendums, amendments and proponent submittals will be carried out using the Bonfire platform. Emplacement de la centrale de Belledune
Le site de la centrale de Belledune est situ sur la rive sud de la Baie des Chaleurs dans le nord de la province du Nouveau-Brunswick et se trouve dans le village de Belledune, dans le comt de Gloucester, environ 36 km au nord-ouest de la ville de Bathurst et 48 km l'est de la ville de Dalhousie. L'acc s au site se fait par la route provinciale 11 et la route 134. Heures de travail - du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h 16 h.
Il n'y aura aucune ouverture publique d'appel d'offres.
