The City of Richmond (the “ City”) is seeking a qualified and experienced Shipping Agent to facilitate the visit of the “Kaiwo Maru” tall ship and provide comprehensive shipping, provisioning, supplying, logistics coordination, customs arrangements and port-related services to comply with Canadian entry regulations and requirements to see the ship safely berthed for the duration of its stay at Garry Point Park, Richmond, BC, Canada (the “ Project”)
