Emily Carr University (“ECU” or “the University”) invites proposals from qualified organizations to provide comprehensive international student recruitment services. The selected partner will deliver end-to-end marketing, recruitment, and applicant support activities to increase the number and diversity of international undergraduate students enrolling at ECU.

The successful proponent will demonstrate a strong understanding of the post-secondary art + design education sector, global recruitment trends, and ethical best practices in student recruitment. Services must align with ECU’s values of creativity, equity, inclusion, and academic excellence while reflecting the University’s distinctive position as Canada’s leading institution for art, design, and media education.
