Under this Notice of Intent to Contract, the City of Vancouver (the “City”) is sharing the intent to contract with Fraser River Pile & Dredge (GP) Inc. for Barge Dredging and Timber Repair Services

Term of the contract - Initial three (3)-year term, with the City’s option to extend for two (2) additional one(1)-year periods, for a maximum contract term of five (5) years.

Value of the contract - $284,500.00 for initial three (3)-yer term
