Description

Flagstaff County (the "County"), located in east-central Alberta, is seeking proposals from qualified Service Companies to provide a comprehensive preventive maintenance services to our Mechanical Systems - Heating, Ventilation & Air Condition Systems at our administration building and maintenance shop. This Request for Proposal (RFP) outlines the qualifications and submission requirements necessary for the Service Companies interested in providing the County with this service. Flagstaff County will evaluate proposals based on overall value, methodology, and demonstrated experience. All interested proponents must attend a site visit/pre-bid meeting on December 15, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Flagstaff County Administration Building, 12435 TWP RD 442. Failure to attend will eliminate the proponent from the bidding process.
