The City of Port Alberni (CPA) invites detailed Proposals from qualified collection agencies (“Proponents”) for the provision of Clean Team services to assist the City. The City is seeking innovative ways to provide this service to keep the streets clean, safe, and free of debris and graffiti. Proponents are encouraged to provide Proposals which could include how the services will be provided
