The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for General Maintenance Services.

Intended term of Contract: 2 years, commencing April 2, 2025 and in the City’s sole discretion may extend the term on the same terms and conditions for up to 8 additional years. The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion. It is the City’s intention to enter into a Contract with up to five (5) bidders
