PavCo is issuing this RFP to identify a qualified and experienced proponent for the removal of existing synthetic turf and infill, and supply and installation of new synthetic turf and infill and related work at BC Place Stadium (“BC Place” or the “Stadium”). The objective is to engage an experienced and capable Contractor who can deliver high-quality work, adhering to all necessary specifications and timelines, while ensuring the successful completion of the project.
