Tenders shall be submitted by completing this document and placing it in a sealed envelope, clearly marked on the outside "Central Field – Announcers Building Renovation; Attention: Purchasing Officer; Finance Department, 199 Queen Street, 1st Floor, Charlottetown, PE C1A 4B7", and must be received by the Purchasing Officer, before 2:00:00 pm local time on January 9, 2026. It is the responsibility of the bidder to deliver the sealed tender to Finance Department, 199 Queen Street, 1st Floor, Charlottetown, PE C1A 4B7 before the time indicated. Late Tenders will not be accepted and will be returned to the Bidders.
