INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed tenders, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by Northwest Regional Service Commission (NWRSC) on the dates and times shown below at the Northwest Regional Service Commission Landfill Administration Building, 248 Cl ment Roy Road, Green River, New Brunswick for the following project:

CONTAINMENT CELL #11 - SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF
HDPE LINER AND GEOSYNTHETICS
NORTHWEST REGIONAL SERVICE COMMISSION LANDFILL
TENDER 2026-01
TENDER CLOSING DATE: JANUARY 28, 2026 AT 2:00 PM

This work will consist of the supply and installation of HDPE geomembrane liner and other geosynthetic materials as part of the construction of Containment Cell 11.

Specifications, tender documents and other information are available online from New Brunswick Opportunities Network (NBON):

Tenders shall register as official plans takers with NBON or the NWRSC. Bids submitted by those not registered will be rejected.

Tender Documents will be available on January 7, 2026.

Site visits to view the project area can be arranged on a one-on-one basis at the request of the Tenderer.

Contractor's tenders must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of tendered quotation.

The lowest / highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
