Description

The Owner invites tenders for:
The construction of a 410m long multi-use pathway. Construction of the pathway will involve grubbing, stripping, site grading, supply and installation of subbase and base coarse aggregates, supply and installation of riprap and lock blocks. Installation of asphalt pavement as an Optional Item. The project scope also includes traffic and pathway signs, and drainage features such as lawn basins, culverts, manholes and a storm main. Other scope items include streetlights, new concrete roadside barriers, and other miscellaneous items.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held on January 22nd at 10:00 a.m.
The meeting will begin at Jamie Baxter Park in Houston, BC. This pre-tender meeting is not mandatory, however the District strongly encourages all Contractors to participate in the pre-tender site meeting.
