Description

The goal for this project is the replacement of the existing 200 mm VCT sanitary main on 1 Avenue between Highway 27 and Centre Street in Torrington. The sanitary main is to be replaced with a 200 mm PVC SDR35 pipe. The roadway structure is to be replaced for the entire width, including the curb and gutter on the west side of the roadway. Construction is scheduled for 2026. It is the intent of this RFP to retain the services of a qualified engineering firm to provide the design, engineering, contract and inspection services, and post-construction services required to facilitate this project.
