Electronic tenders, in PDF format, clearly marked as to contents, for the construction of the above works, which consist of the complete reconstruction of approximately 230 metres of Industrielle Street and a portion of Irving Boulevard, including a new water main, Sanitary sewer, Storm sewer, Curb and Gutter, Sidewalk, Underground electric and all related work will be received until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 3, 2026 by:

Instructions to obtain Tender Documents:
Interested bidders shall contact Ms. Jinette McCormack at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com or at 506.857.2777 ext. 178042 to obtain a digital copy (PDF format) of the Tender Documents and to be added to the official bidders list.
Tender submission method:
Contractors are required to submit their Tender Submission (complete bid) electronically in PDF format via e-mail at Jinette.McCormack@englobecorp.com prior to the above stated date and time. The original signed and sealed paper copy of the Tender Submission shall be mailed to the following address:

A bid bond or certified cheque, in the amount of 10% of the total bid (including HST) minimum, made payable to the town of Grand-Bouctouche must accompany each tender.
Tender opening method:
Tenders will not be opened in person, but videoconferencing will be made available (instructions to access the videoconference will be provided with the digital Tender Documents).
No award will be made at the tender opening. Tender procedures will be in accordance with the New Brunswick Procurement Act and Construction Services Regulation (No. 2022-78).
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
