The Strathcona Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Residential Curbside Waste Collection Services for a period of 5 years beginning April 1, 2026, with two optional one-year contract extensions, for all dwellings within the Cortes Island Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection Service Area.
