Description

The Good Samaritan Society (GSS) is seeking a qualified independent consulting firm for the purpose of conducting a development/housing assessment for our organization. We are looking for an urban planning partner who has experience with the Continuing Care/Healthcare sector. Our objective is to produce a Feasibility Study on the potential for utilization of shelled spaces within the core building (identified in design plans) and additional development at our West Village site and make recommendations on a strategy to maximize our future revenue potential.
