Description

The City of Pitt Meadows is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive solution for refreshing our existing print fleet. This includes the supply, installation, configuration, training, and ongoing support of multifunction printers (MFPs), desktop printers, and associated software and services.

The City requires a complete business solution which includes the provision of equipment, a maintenance agreement, and technical and administrative support to ensure efficient, reliable and sustainable print operations. The solution should include equipment procurement, routine maintenance and repair, preventative maintenance, and the supply of consumables.
