This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) issued by the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA) is an invitation to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of Janitorial and Vacant Units Cleaning Services

A non-mandatory site tour will be provided upon request. Proponents who do not attend the non- mandatory site tour will not be precluded from submitting a Response. To request a non-mandatory site tour, proponents are required to submit a written request to NSPHATenders@novascotia.ca no later than 4:00 PM Atlantic Time January 29, 2026.
