ODUCTION 1. The City of Moose Jaw ("Moose Jaw") is inviting proposals from qualified contractors to provide the supply and installation of Ammonia Detection and Alarm System Installation at the Plamor Palace and the Kinsmen Arena

Moose Jaw will hold mandatory site walkthroughs on January 28, 2026, as follows:

• 10:30 a.m. (Central Standard Time) at the Pla-Mor Palace, 855 Lillooet St W, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 5E8
• 11:30 a.m. (Central Standard Time) at the Kinsmen Arena, 855 MacDonald St, Moose Jaw, SK S6H 2W3

If you are interested in attending the site walkthroughs, please advise Emily Mai, Procurement Specialist by e-mail by January 26, 2026, with the following information:

a) name of representative(s) who will be attending; and
b) questions the proponent would like addressed at the meeting
