The Township of Langley (the “Township”) wishes to conduct a competitive procurement process to identify a qualified Proponent that will enter a formal contract with the Township to carry out the rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes on Robertson Crescent. The manholes are located between 256 Street and 240 Street. The manholes have been damaged by H2S gas.
