The University is inviting Proponents to supply an Enterprise Relationship Management Platform (ERMP) and implementation support proposal for the pilot phase of the campus wide Customer Relationship Management (CRM) project . The pilot has a total cost budget of $250,000.00 CAD, which will support a rollout with an initial user base of 10 users with the potential user base to grow to 50 over the course of the one-year pilot.
