Fraser Health (“FH”) invites expressions of interest from health care service providers (“Service Providers”) to deliver Day Program for Older Adult (“DPOA”) services (“Services”) to clients (“Clients”). The purpose of this request for expressions of interest (“RFEOI”) is to select a shortlist of respondents (“Respondents”) interested in delivering DPOA Services to Clients within the Fraser Health North region.
