Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals (each a “ Proposal”) from experienced and qualified entities, including partnerships, joint ventures or consortia (collectively referred to as (“ Proponents”) to supply aggregates for the construction of VFPA’s Landmass and Wharf project (the “ Project”).
