RFB 25-17 - Plumbing Services
Scope of Work
The St. Lawrence Parks Commission is seeking qualified Plumbing Contractors to provide plumbing service work and minor repairs for the operation and maintenance of SLPC’s assets. There is no guarantee of work under this agreement, this agreement is on an as required basis. The SLPC employs its own maintenance staff which are the primary source for maintenance and repairs of SLPC assets. The Service Provider will work in conjunction with SLPC maintenance staff for service work and repairs. The Service Provider may be required to act as a point of contact for SLPC management staff regarding breakdowns and emergency repairs.

The Contractor must have qualified staff available to work within the specified notification time if required by the SLPC, on an “as required” basis during the period April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028.
