AB-2026-01045 - Street Lighting Consulting Services

The City of Calgary intends to issue a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to engage three (3) qualified engineering firms for street lighting & electrical record analysis, field investigation, planning, design, construction documentation, and construction administration.

The Consultant(s) will coordinate with relevant parties and The City to complete all phases of street lighting design, including field reviews, photometric and electrical analysis, preparation of preliminary and final design submissions, and procurement of any required sub consultants. Responsibilities also include managing ULA applications, coordinating new ENMAX electrical services, and providing authenticated IFC, IFR, and construction drawing packages. The Consultant(s) will support The City throughout procurement and construction by responding to RFIs, reviewing bids, administering construction activities, assessing contractor invoices, approving as builts, and completing ENMAX service requests for lighting load changes.
